Using the site

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, scrape it in a way that harms availability, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing material. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or other users.

Privacy Pass
Privacy Pass costs £2.49 per month, is a recurring subscription, and is billed by Stripe. It renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless the law requires otherwise. Before payment, Stripe shows the payment details and we provide these terms for you to save. Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights, are not excluded. If you need to give written notice, you may use: “To PARRHESIA NEWS MEDIA PRODUCTION LTD, I hereby give notice that I cancel my Privacy Pass subscription. Name: ____. Account email: ____. Date: ____.” Send it to hello@parrhesianews.co.uk; the Stripe customer portal remains the quickest way to stop a renewal.
Donations through Buy Me a Coffee are handled on that external service and are subject to its terms and refund arrangements.
Third-party services and changes
External links and services have their own terms and privacy notices. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
